Forget about personalized assistance it's virtually non-existent. Customer service is a letdown, to say the least. Occasional decent slot wins are provided to maintain interest, but they are few and far between. While they eagerly offer numerous deposit bonuses, meeting the requirements feels like an unattainable feat, unless the bonus is insignificantly valued at $50 or less. It seems like they alter their bonuses weekly, making them nearly impossible to attain, depending on the whims of the day. Despite being a patron for a year and a half with a current Legend Level 1, almost level 2 rating (wagered over 1.5 million), the constantly changing bonuses are more frustrating than enticing. This establishment is truly disappointing.
